Responsibilities
Own the Optical Design lifecycle~ Drive the feasibility, design, integration, and validation of our optical systems.
Lead the simulation activities~ Ensure the photometry, colorimetry, lit appearance results to comply with the regulation.
Innovate~ Actively contribute to our culture of creativity, developing new solutions that enhance vehicle illumination or driver experience.
Collaborate Globally~ Work within a multicultural, international team, communicating with internal departments and international collaborators to ensure project success and technical excellence.
Requirements
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, Industrial or a related technical field.
Demonstrated experience close to optical field, optical design, simulation, and hands-on laboratory validation.
Knowledge with optical design software (e.g., SPEOS, Zemax, LightTools).
A passion for problem-solving and a deep analytical approach to technical challenges.
Solid communication skills and the ability to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is required to operate in our international organization.
Prior experience in the automotive industry or plastic optical design is a significant advantage.
