About the role

  • Creative Project Manager overseeing delivery of creative projects in a hybrid role for a marketing agency. Coordinating between teams, clients, and production partners to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage creative projects end-to-end, from brief intake and concept development through production, delivery, and post-event wrap-up.
  • Partner with creative directors, designers, producers, and strategists to translate client briefs into clear creative plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Creative Studio, internal teams, and client services to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
  • Build and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, scopes, and resourcing plans across multiple concurrent events and campaigns.
  • Facilitate creative kick-offs, status meetings, reviews, and approvals to keep work on track and moving forward.
  • Ensure creative deliverables meet brand standards, client expectations, and production requirements.
  • Coordinate with production, experiential, digital, and technical teams to ensure creative concepts are executable at scale.
  • Oversee change management, including scope adjustments, timeline shifts, and budget impacts.
  • Maintain clear documentation, including briefs, decks, timelines, and post-event reports.
  • Support post-event evaluations by gathering feedback, assessing creative performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and creative quality within the studio.

Requirements

  • Degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar project platforms.
  • Proven experience in creative project management within a fast-paced agency or similar environment.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary creative teams.
  • Solid understanding of creative and production workflows.
  • Comfortable working with budgets, scopes, and resource planning.
