- Define standards for data interpretation, analysis and storytelling.
- Build and scale the experimentation culture (A/B testing).
- Foster analytical autonomy for product teams (self-service analytics).
Requirements
- Solid experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics or Data Analytics.
- Strong knowledge in defining product KPIs and metrics (e.g., North Star, OKRs, team efficiency).
- Experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Mixpanel or similar).
- Advanced analytical skills and strong business acumen.
- Experience in digital platform or SaaS environments.
