About the role
- Associate Business Analyst overseeing data integrity within global supply chains. Utilizing SAP and supporting data management for life-saving medicines.
Responsibilities
- Drive data excellence that ensures life-saving medicines reach patients on time, every time
- Be the guardian of data integrity across our global supply chain operations
- Ensure that every piece of master data—from raw materials to finished products—is accurate, compliant, and optimized for patient impact
- Create, maintain, and deactivate master data in SAP and Winshuttle
- Manage QA approval flows and documentation processes,
- Identify and drive process improvements
- Support MD Stewards and planners with regular reports, ad hoc analysis, and guidance on MDM process transitions and scope transfers across regions
- Handle CR-cases and deviations in NovoGlow
- Monitor and report on master data performance KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences or related field from a well-recognized institution with a strong academic track record
- 5+ years of experience in master data management within a GxP environment, preferably in pharmaceutical or supply chain operations
- Proven expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S4 HANA, with experience in MDG and Winshuttle being highly advantageous
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end master data processes from creation to deactivation for finished products, semi-finished products (bulk), raw materials, and packaging materials
- Strong Excel skills and ability to leverage data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI) to generate actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and influence diverse stakeholders across organizational boundaries to drive expected outcomes.
