About the role
- Global Mobility Consultant leading collaboration and mobility strategies for Novonesis. Delivering compliance and excellence in global mobility practices for international assignments and repatriation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, managers, and employees by providing expert guidance on global mobility strategies, policies, and processes.
- Lead collaboration efforts with People & Organization (P&O), payroll teams, and external vendors (e.g., relocation providers, tax consultants) to implement efficient global mobility programs.
- Oversee complex international assignments and cross-border employment arrangements.
- Provide strategic oversight and support for repatriation processes.
- Continuously review and enhance global mobility frameworks, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Deliver insights and reporting to leadership using data analytics tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in global mobility, international assignments, or expatriate management within a global or multinational organization.
- Proficiency in Workday HCM and knowledge of HRIS systems and reporting tools.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good communication, Fluent in English and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field – alternatively relevant experience.
