Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Identify client projects that align with our service offering: accurately define the role to be filled and the profile to recruit
  • Manage and support consultants during their client assignments
  • Leverage your network to carry out targeted actions

Requirements

  • You have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role
  • You have a background working in an IT services company
  • You know how to manage a sales cycle
  • You have a network of contacts you can rely on
  • You are honest in your commercial approach
  • You are attentive and proactive in offering solutions
  • You have strong adaptability and a good sense of priorities
