About the role
- Microsoft 365 Solutions Developer designing and enhancing business solutions for a global law firm. Collaborating with teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions using Microsoft 365 services.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver business solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and other Microsoft 365 services
- Build modern, user-friendly digital experiences using both SharePoint out-of-the-box and custom apps, templates, content types, permissions and modern components
- Create apps, forms, and workflows, dashboards using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI, Azure Functions, PowerShell scripts, etc., to automate and streamline business processes
- Integrate M365 solutions with other non-Microsoft platforms
- Design and develop AI-enabled solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem using Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure services, including intelligent automation, natural-language experiences, and API-based integrations, with a strong emphasis on security, scalability, and enterprise governance
- Partner with platform owners to contribute and drive governance for SharePoint Online including site usage, permissions, lifecycle management, and solution standards
- Partner with Information Security to ensure solutions meet compliance, retention, and authentication requirements
- Maintain architectural documentation, development guidelines, and governance artifacts that support consistent, secure adoption
- Monitor platform health, usage, and capacity to provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for SharePoint, Power Platform, and integrated applications
- Support Help Desk escalations and provide after-hours assistance when needed
- Collaborate with other US and Global IT teams on deployments, upgrades and platform changes
- Document processes, best practices, and create knowledge materials for end users and IT teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience delivering M365 solutions, especially SharePoint Online and Power Platform
- Proven experience working with SharePoint permissions, apps, custom templates, content types, metadata structures and site architectures
- Solid PowerShell scripting skills for reporting and automation
- Understanding of hybrid environments and integration with on-premise infrastructure
- Strong understanding of M365 governance, security, and collaboration models
- Experience in managing and supporting multi-geo tenants, cross-regional deployments and global collaboration environments
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
