• IAM Strategy Lead driving strategic vision and budget for IAM division. Collaborating with teams and establishing reporting mechanisms to enhance operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic vision, operating model, budget, planning activities, and outcomes for the IAM division.
• Serve as a trusted, strategic advisor to the VP of IAM and leaders within the division.
• Support IAM strategy, ensuring alignment with key priorities and outcomes.
• Lead strategic initiatives to enhance divisional value.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate strategies effectively.
• Establish reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility into operational KPIs and progress toward key results.
• Manage planning artifacts, annual OKRs, and high-level roadmaps, reviewed quarterly.
• Oversee 1/3/5 strategy maps, key priorities, and business case submissions.
• Conduct quarterly PI planning reviews to ensure alignment with committed work.
• Align IAM business operations with departmental strategy, mission, and goals.
• Identify and address gaps in the operating model.
• Collaborate with finance on planning and budgeting processes.
• Prepare agendas for IAM leadership meetings and planning sessions.
• Participate in leadership meetings to resolve barriers and develop action plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional initiatives and information flow.
• Monitor changes impacting division priorities and commitments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years in leadership roles within information security organizations.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
• Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting to all organizational levels.
• Ability to translate strategies into actionable business plans.
• Demonstrated integrity and confidentiality handling.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing competing demands.
