Responsibilities
Drive the strategic vision, operating model, budget, planning activities, and outcomes for the IAM division.
Serve as a trusted, strategic advisor to the VP of IAM and leaders within the division.
Support IAM strategy, ensuring alignment with key priorities and outcomes.
Lead strategic initiatives to enhance divisional value.
Collaborate across teams to integrate strategies effectively.
Establish reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility into operational KPIs and progress toward key results.
Manage planning artifacts, annual OKRs, and high-level roadmaps, reviewed quarterly.
Oversee 1/3/5 strategy maps, key priorities, and business case submissions.
Conduct quarterly PI planning reviews to ensure alignment with committed work.
Align IAM business operations with departmental strategy, mission, and goals.
Identify and address gaps in the operating model.
Collaborate with finance on planning and budgeting processes.
Prepare agendas for IAM leadership meetings and planning sessions.
Participate in leadership meetings to resolve barriers and develop action plans.
Facilitate cross-functional initiatives and information flow.
Monitor changes impacting division priorities and commitments.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years in leadership roles within information security organizations.
Proven ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting to all organizational levels.
Ability to translate strategies into actionable business plans.
Demonstrated integrity and confidentiality handling.
