About the role

  • Loan Servicing Analyst managing all duties for funding indirect loans, ensuring compliance and providing support across teams. Requires extensive experience in banking and customer service roles.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties required for the funding of indirect loans, including document review
  • Provide excellent customer and business unit support service
  • Partner with vehicle specialists as required to ensure proper documentation for securing collateral
  • Manage work queues / workflows as needed
  • Identify and resolve customer service issues
  • Ensure compliance of loan packages received for funding
  • Provide support to all areas of Indirect loan servicing, including uploading and post-closing, as directed

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred
  • 5 - 6 years related banking/lending experience preferred
  • 3 - 5 years customer service experience preferred
  • 3 - 5 years technological or relevant experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Indirect LOS, Nautilus, CCMC & the core system
