Responsibilities
- Execution of Sector Model-Based Manufacturing Digital Solution Development, including Project planning and requirements gathering from program and site manufacturing customers

- Conduct PLM and MBM software troubleshooting meeting with users
- Conduct software enhancement request meetings with users and drive actions to completion
- Develop and maintain metrics gathering and reporting for MBM tools and software

- Aid in software training updates and testing as required
- Execution of AS site and program deployments
- Maintenance of AS Deployment Schedule plan (IMS)
- Coordination with program and site leaders to obtain commitment and resources to support project implementation

- Support solution development and deployment readiness meetings with AS Operations and Chief Information Digital Office Executive leaders on regular cadence
- Support solution development and deployment readiness meetings with AS Program and Site directors and manufacturing homeroom staff as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) and 4 years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Production, Industrial, Process, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Aeronautics OR Masters with 3 years of experience OR PhD in STEM field with 0 years of experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work any shift or extended work week as business needs require
- Ability to interface/communicate with multiple levels of leadership, clients, and vendors
- Ability to obtain/maintain DOD Secret security clearance and Special Access Program within a reasonable amount of time as required by the business
