Responsibilities
Design for reliability and maintainability.
Maintain a working knowledge of multiple complex and integrated systems including system inputs/outputs, functionality and principles, failures and issues, fault codes and systems architectures.
Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability predictions, allocations, and requirements verification and validation.
Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
Built-In Test (BIT).
Testability analyses.
Fault Tree Analysis (FTA).
Reliability Block Diagrams (RBD).
Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS).
Failure Analysis and Risk Assessment Reliability Growth Analysis (RGA).
Weibull analysis.
Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
Monte Carlo Simulation.
Test support to include: BIT Design Verification Testing, Maintainability and Testability Demonstrations, Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT), and Reliability Growth Testing (RGT).
Support identifying, planning and quoting the RMT tasks for proposals.
Collaborate with Integrated Technical Teams, program management, customers, and suppliers for the Reliability, Maintainability and Testability (RM&T) aspects of assigned systems, and influence high-level technical program design decisions.
Requirements
Be completing or has completed their bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Be majoring in or having majored in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) degree.
Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).
Final approved U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special Access required to start.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrating core engineering fundamentals and excellent communication.

Be completing or has completed their master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher.
Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills.
