About the role
- Program Subcontract Manager leading delivery of Active Thermal Control System for HALO at Northrop Grumman. Overseeing all cost, schedule, and technical performance while interfacing with subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Lead in charge of delivery of the Active Thermal Control System for HALO interfacing with subcontractors
- Responsible for all cost, schedule, and technical performance of the Active Thermal control systems of HALO
- Direct the efforts of the supplier management team consisting of a Cognitive engineer, Supplier Contract Administrator and Supplier Performance Specialist
- Provide regular status on Subcontract performance to NG program management, IPT lead and the NASA customer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years - OR - Master’s and 6 years of relevant experience supporting U.S. Government contracts/subcontracts and customers and/or program/project management in other related industries
- 3 years of experience leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost and achieving all requirements as either project lead, integrated program team or cost account manager
- 2 years of demonstrated success leading teams/and or organizations to achieve a common goal
