Drive innovation in marketing approaches, incorporating digital strategies and advanced analytics for improved engagement.
Champion the patient perspective within the organization to inform brand strategy and decision-making.
Requirements
Significant experience in a senior marketing or brand leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in paediatric oncology and/ or rare disease management.
Proven ability to lead complex brand strategies, with a track record of successful product launches.
Exceptional understanding of market access challenges and the payer landscape.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a customer-centric approach.
Demonstrated passion for improving patient outcomes and experience working closely with patient advocacy groups.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
