About the role
- IT-Controller responsible for managing IT service providers and ensuring compliance with banking regulations for Nord-Ostsee Sparkasse. Engaging in financial planning and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Steuerung und Überwachung eines großen IT-Dienstleisters auf Basis definierter SLAs sowie Risikoreports
- Erstellung von Forecasts und Planungsrechnungen im Rahmen der Unternehmensplanung
- Abstimmung mit Kostenverantwortlichen und Identifikation von Kostenoptimierungspotenzialen
- Analyse von Daten zur Optimierung der Servicebereich-Ausstattung und der Kassenprozesse
- Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsbewertungen
Requirements
- Hohe Eigeninitiative und fachliche Kompetenz im IT-Controlling
- Erfahrung in ähnlicher Verantwortung und mit regulatorischen Anforderungen einer Bank
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen
- Kenntnisse in Governance-, Risk-, Compliance-Tools, idealerweise RiMaGo
- Formalqualifikation als Sparkassen-/Bankbetriebswirt oder Bachelor-Studium
- Fachkompetenz und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
