About the role
- Financial Controller coordinating financial activities for Offshore Operations wind farms at RWE. Focusing on planning, reporting, and developing solutions to optimize business performance.
Responsibilities
- Operative Planung und Berichterstattung sowie Mittelfristplanung für mehrere Offshore-Windparks.
- Überwachung finanzieller und operativer KPIs auf monatlicher Basis
- Beratung der Standortleiter zur Verbesserung der finanziellen Leistung und des Wertes der Vermögenswerte
- Steuerung, Entwicklung und Koordination von Berichterstattungs- und Planungsprozessen für das Geschäftsgebiet
- Durchführung von Projektarbeiten zur Standardisierung und Entwicklung von Berichtspraktiken für das neu kombinierte Geschäft
- Kontakt zu internen Ansprechpartnern innerhalb der RWE-Gruppe (Buchhaltung, Steuern, Zentrales Controlling usw.) und externen Stakeholdern in unseren Anlagen
- Finanzielle Partnerschaft für das Offshore-Management, um innovative Lösungen zu identifizieren und eine erfolgreiche Entwicklung des Geschäfts abzusichern
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzwesen oder Controlling oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse der Werttreiber im Offshore-Wind
- Fortgeschrittene numerische und analytische Fähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, Daten und Informationen zu interpretieren und klar und logisch darzustellen
- Hoch entwickelte Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, um effektive Arbeitsbeziehungen sowohl innerhalb des Controlling-Teams als auch im weiteren Unternehmen aufzubauen und zu entwickeln
- Hohe Selbstorganisation, persönliches Engagement, Energie und Flexibilität
- Vertrautheit mit SAP/MS Office
- Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch
- Fähigkeit, effektiv über verschiedene Länder und Kulturen hinweg zu arbeiten.
