About the role

  • Logistics Coordinator overseeing operations in a mission-driven scale-up, supporting supply chain and logistics in the Nordics, UK, and EU.

Responsibilities

  • Support outbound shipments and coordinate return flows across all markets
  • Partner with 3PL partners to ensure automated flows remain stable
  • Track and register returns, ensuring units are funneled through refurbishment
  • Register purchase orders, inbound shipments, and serial numbers
  • Support customs reporting and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records within ERP and WMS

Requirements

  • A basic understanding of logistics or supply chain operations
  • Familiarity with, or a strong interest in, ERP systems and 3PL setups
  • Fluent in English
  • Organized, structured, diligent, reliable, and comfortable using IT systems.
