About the role

• In-house Legal Counsel providing business-oriented legal support covering contracts, compliance, and more in a tech organization. Handling diverse legal matters in a growing technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including service, procurement, lease, and subcontractor agreements
• Support the sales team and business leaders during negotiations by providing clear, risk-balanced legal advice and continuously improve the company’s contract templates
• Organize and oversee corporate decision-making in accordance with company bylaws and applicable laws
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, including maintaining privacy documentation, responding to data requests, and managing related processes
• Monitor relevant regulatory developments and support implementation of required changes with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate external legal counsel in disputes and litigation, including preparing materials and supporting case management, escalating key decisions to business leadership
• Advise on employment law matters, including employment documentation, disciplinary procedures, and terminations

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law
• 3–4 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong practical understanding of IT and digital contracting, data protection, and procurement processes
• Business-oriented, solution-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements in cross-border environments
• Prior experience in supporting technology-related legal matters (e.g. SaaS agreements and basic IP topics) in collaboration with external counsel** is considered a plus**
• Strong communication skills and confidence in advising non-legal stakeholders
• Fluency in both Lithuanian and English languages, written and spoken
