Responsibilities
You'll be part of squad and/or project teams, responsible for delivery and everything it implies - planning, capacity management, and communication
Implement and maintain software delivery processes such as sprint planning and release planning to streamline workflow and enhance productivity
Proactively identify and resolve obstacles that may hinder the squad's progress, escalating when necessary
Efficiently plan and manage the squad's resources and workload to align with project demands and roadmap objectives
Accurately track the squad's efforts and progress towards delivery targets
Act as the primary contact for operational requests and ensure effective coordination between squad members and external stakeholders
Guide and facilitate the squad through agile processes to ensure effective team-driven decision making, fostering a culture of commitment and collaboration
Coordinate releases, manage the translation process, and handle other general engineering operational tasks
Requirements
1-2 years in a project management, scrum master, or engineering team role
Understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
Excellent communication skills in English, and ability to work well in diverse and multinational teams
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving blockers
Comfort working in different situations and adapting quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Your home base is within a time zone close to Lisbon (+/- 1-2 hours)
