About the role

  • Engineer working on Condition-Based Maintenance related to Navy operations. Collaborating with teams to improve system reliability and efficiency while ensuring maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

  • Apply engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM)
  • Review and prepare engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation.
  • Perform system integration, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management.
  • Contribute to the development of Navy Combatant Design Specifications.
  • Conduct reliability-centered maintenance analyses and implement RCM processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of CBM strategies across the Fleet.

Requirements

  • BS degree in a field of Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math
  • Must be able to attain NAVSEA certifications: in Classic and Backfit Reliability-Centered Maintenance
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field
  • Must be eligible to possess a final U.S. Government security clearance.
  • Strong background in Reliability-Centered Maintenance and a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
