Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of large and strategic retail and e-commerce accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business models and tailoring Nexi’s solutions to their needs.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Nexi’s product suite, including acquiring, gateways, and value-added services.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure profitability while delivering exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to deliver and oversee a seamless solution onboarding and support for your merchants.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain Nexi’s competitive edge.
  • Report on account performance, pipeline, and forecasts to senior management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management and solid experience (preferably 8-10+ years) from direct sales and large account management, preferably within retail, e-commerce, telco, payments, or SaaS solution
  • Relevant knowledge and experience from Payment, FinTech, IT or Telco industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills at C-level.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and digital payment trends.
  • Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).
