Responsibilities
Support the company’s strategic planning process;
Contribute qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify strategic opportunities, risks, and challenges;
Assist in the development of models and scenario simulations;
Support the definition, monitoring, and analysis of strategic initiatives across operations and corporate areas;
Conduct market benchmarks and peer analyses to inform positioning and prioritization decisions;
Consolidate information for committee and strategic forum meetings;
Contribute to structuring and standardizing planning frameworks and methodologies;
Automate and improve strategic processes and databases, ensuring data integrity and reliability;
Work in partnership with different areas of the company to strengthen integration and strategic alignment;
Support integrated analysis between units’ operational plans (production, mine, and plant) and financial plans, ensuring consistency between physical targets and economic results;
Contribute to consolidating long-term projections of production, costs, and investments, assisting in scenario evaluation and supporting portfolio and expansion decisions.
Requirements
Enrolled from the 3rd semester onward in: Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Accounting, International Relations, or related fields
Basic knowledge of strategic planning
Advanced Microsoft Office (primarily Excel)
Intermediate English
Preferred: Knowledge in financial modeling and financial statement analysis (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow)
