About the role

  • Financial Analyst supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across various DACH brands. Collaborating with commercial and operational leaders to guide decisions in a supportive team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accruals, including for advertising and promotional activities and invoice-to-net items.
  • Analyze sales, margin, and overhead reports to support month-end review.
  • Support budgeting and monthly forecasting together with the Finance Manager.
  • Monitor variances throughout the year and highlight required corrective actions.
  • Prepare profitability analyses and reports for Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Track expenditure by cost center and support cost optimization.
  • Build business cases to support commercial decisions.
  • Provide financial support for pricing, customer strategy, and promotional activities.
  • Contribute to DACH-wide finance projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Proven finance-related experience and strong analytical skills
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and experience working with Power BI dashboards
  • Fluent in German and professional working proficiency in English
