About the role
- Financial Analyst supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across various DACH brands. Collaborating with commercial and operational leaders to guide decisions in a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accruals, including for advertising and promotional activities and invoice-to-net items.
- Analyze sales, margin, and overhead reports to support month-end review.
- Support budgeting and monthly forecasting together with the Finance Manager.
- Monitor variances throughout the year and highlight required corrective actions.
- Prepare profitability analyses and reports for Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Track expenditure by cost center and support cost optimization.
- Build business cases to support commercial decisions.
- Provide financial support for pricing, customer strategy, and promotional activities.
- Contribute to DACH-wide finance projects.
Requirements
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proven finance-related experience and strong analytical skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills and experience working with Power BI dashboards
- Fluent in German and professional working proficiency in English
