About the role

  • Mitarbeiter*in im Bereich Technik, Einkauf & Wohnungsverwaltung in Berlin. Verantwortlich für die Verwaltung von Mietwohnungen, Dienstleistersteuerung, und Fuhrparkverwaltung.

Responsibilities

  • Management and administration of all matters related to our rental apartments and owned residential properties
  • Management of external service providers related to construction, repair, and maintenance work
  • Oversight and execution of centralized procurement
  • Coordination and administration of the vehicle fleet
  • Promotion of measures to improve our carbon (CO2) footprint

Requirements

  • Commercial and/or technical training
  • Good practical and technical understanding
  • Responsible, independent, and proactive working style
  • Flexibility in assignments and enjoyment in working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Strong communication and assertiveness skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Office applications and related hardware
