Responsibilities
- Own the global security technology design & build program across Streaming, Studios, CPX, and other business verticals
- Lead and develop a team of contract PMs
- Be the authority for global standards
- Decide vendor strategy and sourcing approach
- Manage the annual portfolio and budgets forecast
- Oversee detailed design and quality
- Govern project delivery
- Ensure cloud/SaaS-first integrations and secure-by-design practices
- Partner closely with various teams for predictable outcomes
- Establish program and project health reporting with actionable dashboards
Requirements
- 6+ years leading large-scale, global, physical security technology programs and portfolios
- Proven experience building and running a program through others
- Deep familiarity with enterprise physical security tech: Genetec (VMS/ACS), visitor platforms (e.g., Envoy)
- Strong design and construction fluency: Revit/CAD workflows
- Demonstrated success managing CapEx/OpEx portfolios of $10M+ annually
- Skilled in vendor strategy, negotiations, RFPs, and single-source justification
- Excellent cross-functional leadership with Network/IT on dependencies
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management
- Willing to travel up to 50%, including international
