Responsibilities
- Lead major initiative titles and franchises, reporting to the Executive Producer
- Proven track record as an excellent game producer with a focus on game readiness, quality, predictability, impact, and performance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for game development teams
- Develop and drive full lifecycle project roadmaps, schedules, and quality standards
- Expertly assess milestones, reviewing and evaluating game builds across design, creative, development, and production progress
- Collaborate with operations teams to own partnerships with cross-functional teams
- Maintain an outstanding risk register and identify risks early to remove roadblocks
- Seek efficiencies in workstreams
- Inspire and empower development teams to share learnings with the studio
- Serve as an internal title champion/evangelist, crafting and presenting product updates
Requirements
- 13+ years of experience in Video Game Production
- Strong understanding of game development processes, including design, programming, art, and audio
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in presenting and communicating effectively with stakeholders and partners at all levels
- Strong analytical skills to assess project progress and identify areas for improvement
- Creative problem-solving abilities to proactively mitigate obstacles in game development
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals
- Experience in building and maintaining a positive and productive team environment
- Understanding of quality assurance processes and ensuring high standards of quality in game production
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, player preferences, and competitive landscape
