Requirements
- 12–18 years of overall industry experience in software development, cloud, or storage technologies
- 6+ years of experience as a Manager, leading engineering or cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to lead teams through the full software development life cycle
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional groups (Development, QA, Automation)
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities
