- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's overall vision and objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of field technology initiatives, providing regular updates to senior leadership
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies, implementing changes as needed
- Ensure all field technology activities comply with NetApp's Code of Conduct, trade policies, and other relevant regulations
- Address potential conflicts of interest and ensure proper documentation and reporting of all transactions and agreements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Represent the field technology organization in meetings and presentations, effectively communicating strategic initiatives and progress.
Requirements
- 12+ years proven experience in a leadership role within a technology or field operations organization
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Strong understanding of sales processes, technical product knowledge, and compliance requirements
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and lead complex projects to successful completion.
