About the role

- Actively participate in the deployment of our new WMS
- Contribute to the execution and validation of system tests
- Support and train end users during commissioning
- Produce clear documentation and operational procedures
- Create and improve reporting tools to monitor performance
- Conduct field analyses close to operations (observations and discussions with operators)
- Perform system analyses (databases, logs, data flows)
- Identify root causes of malfunctions and propose concrete improvement and optimization solutions
- Participate in continuous improvement of facilities
- Contribute to system diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, hygiene and environmental rules
- Fully integrate into an effective, collaborative team
- Communicate clearly, transparently and in a structured manner with all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Final-year engineering student specializing in automation, industrial IT, software development, or a general engineering program with an IT option
- Hands-on experience in a logistics department is a plus
- Project management experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in French and English
