Welcome and advise customers to deliver the best experience and build loyalty
Drive sales by recommending Nespresso products and services tailored to each customer
Embody Nespresso’s spirit and values by informing customers about our commitments (recycling, B Corp, AAA Programme, etc.)
Follow all processes (handling orders and the tasting area, updating the customer database, etc.)
Contribute to achieving the store’s collective objectives.
