About the role

  • Sales Associate providing customer service and sales support at Nespresso in Nice. Responsible for enhancing customer experience and achieving boutique sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and advise customers to deliver the best experience and build loyalty
  • Drive sales by recommending Nespresso products and services tailored to each customer
  • Embody Nespresso’s spirit and values by informing customers about our commitments (recycling, B Corp, AAA Programme, etc.)
  • Follow all processes (handling orders and the tasting area, updating the customer database, etc.)
  • Contribute to achieving the store’s collective objectives.

Requirements

  • You enjoy selling! Your commercial mindset will contribute to the store’s strong performance
  • You are known for excellent customer service and relationship skills — you will be able to provide the best experience to our customers

  • You are curious, agile and able to adapt to (almost) any situation: we offer many products (over 80 coffee references), and you will need to juggle several tools and tasks while adapting to different customer flows.
