About the role
- Web Data Analyst collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from web sources at Nestlé. Collaborating with teams for data-driven insights and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data from web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and other data sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop KPIs and establish benchmarks for website performance.
- Project Management for data tracking implementation across multiple web properties.
- Build dashboards and reports to present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate the impact of changes to the website.
- Collaborate with web developers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.
- Monitor website performance and provide regular reports on key metrics to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web analytics and data analysis.
Requirements
- University Degree ideally specialized in Marketing, Public Relations, and/or Computer Science, Maths or any other related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Technologies and Data & Analytics fields (focused in Website and Mobile Apps analytics).
- Deep understanding of using data visualisation tools (Google Data studio, Power BI), product analytics dashboarding is a plus.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Deep knowledge of Google Analytics (Universal Analytics and GA4).
- Project Management skills and knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Knowledge of Google Optimize and experience doing A/B testing.
- Basic understanding of Google Tag Manager.
- Proven Web Analytics experience (previous projects and experience).
- Excel advanced knowledge (analyze & structure data).
- Basic understanding on how website data layer works in Drupal CMS.
- High mathematical/analytical skills.
- Understanding marketing processes.
- High communication skills and coordination of multiple stakeholders in complex and fast changing environments.
- Data warehouse and cloud solutions basic understanding (GCP, BigQuery, Azure).
