About the role

  • Data analyst intern at Nespresso driving marketing performance and client behavior analysis. Collaborating on B2B marketing campaigns with data insights and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Drive marketing performance
  • Regular business monitoring: develop and distribute performance reports, analyze the impact of initiatives and provide recommendations
  • Conduct customer behavior analyses (acquisition & retention)
  • Monitor acquisition performance, support teams on campaigns, and perform analyses related to new coffee launches and the customer lifecycle
  • Provide marketing support and contribute to cross-functional projects
  • Deliver data extracts useful to the business and support teams in exploiting and understanding B2B data
  • Manage B2B marketing campaigns
  • Create targeting (mailings, email, SMS, outbound calls), support their setup, ensure coherence of the overall plan and implement a test & learn approach to optimize actions

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in a Master’s program (Bac+4/5 equivalent) with a specialization in data marketing (statistics, customer insights, analytics, ...)
  • You are organized, rigorous and have an analytical mindset
  • You are proficient with tools such as SQL and Excel and ideally Adobe, Power BI and KNIME (or equivalent tools)
  • You are a true team player — at Nespresso, teamwork comes first!
  • You are autonomous and agile, able to be proactive and bring forward proposals
