Responsibilities
Drive marketing performance
Regular business monitoring: develop and distribute performance reports, analyze the impact of initiatives and provide recommendations
Monitor acquisition performance, support teams on campaigns, and perform analyses related to new coffee launches and the customer lifecycle
Provide marketing support and contribute to cross-functional projects
Deliver data extracts useful to the business and support teams in exploiting and understanding B2B data
Manage B2B marketing campaigns
Create targeting (mailings, email, SMS, outbound calls), support their setup, ensure coherence of the overall plan and implement a test & learn approach to optimize actions
Requirements
You are enrolled in a Master’s program (Bac+4/5 equivalent) with a specialization in data marketing (statistics, customer insights, analytics, ...)
You are organized, rigorous and have an analytical mindset
You are proficient with tools such as SQL and Excel and ideally Adobe, Power BI and KNIME (or equivalent tools)

You are autonomous and agile, able to be proactive and bring forward proposals
