About the role

  • Internship role aiding customer onboarding processes at Neogrid, a leader in data intelligence for retail and industry. Focused on customer communication and integration of new clients into solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the onboarding of new customers for Planning and Replenishment solutions
  • Support the integration and onboarding process for new clients
  • Assist with client communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support solution delivery
  • Assist in understanding client requirements
  • Support technical activities related to the technology
  • Help organize tasks, deadlines and documentation for onboarding projects
  • Participate in project implementation stages
  • Assist in creating and monitoring project indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university degree program (Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Logistics or related fields)
  • Interest in customer service, consulting or related areas
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Interest in learning about system and process implementation
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate in multidisciplinary environments
  • Good organization and time-management skills
  • Proactive, eager to learn, solve problems and continuously improve
  • Genuine interest in client relationships and delivering an excellent customer experience
  • Intermediate English (desired)
  • Basic knowledge of or willingness to learn SQL/PostgreSQL and Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) (desired)
  • Participation in academic projects or a junior enterprise (desired)
