Business Analyst developing D2C dashboards and insights for e-commerce decision-making. Collaborating with marketing and CRM teams on data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
You develop and own D2C-specific dashboards, KPIs and reports (e.g., conversion funnel, retention, AOV, CLV, ROAS, CAC), providing a solid foundation for data-driven decisions in e-commerce.
You design, develop and maintain analytical data products for the D2C area (e.g., customer cohorts, marketing performance and attribution analyses) in close collaboration with the respective business teams.
You analyze marketing channels and attribution logics (e.g., first-/last-click, data-driven) and evaluate budget efficiency across all paid and organic touchpoints.
You identify growth and optimization opportunities along the customer journey through segmentation, lifecycle analyses and evaluation of A/B tests.
You work closely with D2C, marketing and CRM teams and act as an analytical sparring partner in translating business questions into data-driven solutions.
You support the further development of D2C processes through automation and contribute new analytical ideas.
Together with Data Engineering, you ensure high data quality and document your analyses and insights clearly and tailored to the target audiences.
Requirements
You have a degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on procurement and logistics, or a comparable qualification.
Ideally, you have at least two to four years of professional experience in a comparable position.
You have initial experience with inventory planning and forecasting techniques.
Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel.
You demonstrate strong analytical thinking and the ability to operate within cross-functional organizational structures.
A high level of initiative, sense of responsibility, thoroughness and reliability characterize you.
Business-fluent German and English skills.
You are a team player, a strong communicator and outgoing.
You are highly motivated and eager to make an impact together with the team.
