About the role

  • Community Manager managing brand communities and social profiles for BETC Havas in São Paulo. Identifying real-time interaction opportunities and ensuring brand voice consistency across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and moderate brand communities and social profiles (comments, inbox messages, and interactions)
  • Identify real-time interaction opportunities (trends, conversations, and hot topics)
  • Collaborate with creative and planning teams to develop and adapt content
  • Monitor brand mentions and intervene in crisis management when necessary
  • Support creator/influencer actions in interactions and social activations
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and adherence to brand guidelines

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • Previous experience as a Community Manager, preferably working with advertising or communication agencies
  • Ability to act in real time and manage multiple demands
  • Analytical skills to convert interactions into actionable insights
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Buzzmonitor, etc.)
  • Must have an active CNPJ (Brazilian company registration) and be available to start immediately for a freelance project of up to 6 months
