Responsibilities
Analyze customer journey behavior and generate findings into online marketing campaigns
Development and implementation of marketing attribution methodologies to accurately measure marketing channel contribution
Build and maintain data models, dashboards and automated reports to measure performance across channels such as SEA, SEO, Affiliate, Email, Performance Display
Partner with the data engineering team to improve data pipelines and ensure seamless integration of new data sources
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data
Continuous optimization, monitoring, and quality checkups of already existing processes and daily business
Requirements
Master’s degree in (business) informatics, mathematics, data science, economics/business administration, or another relevant field
3 years+ work experience within a Marketing Analytical role, ideally within an e-commerce environment
Proven expertise in handling large datasets, attribution modeling, and deriving business-critical insights
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python and with ETL workflows
Good knowledge of reporting tools e.g. Tableau/Power BI
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to connect data to broader commercial objectives
Result driven and high standards in quality and precision
You are a passionate, committed team player with a high degree of personal initiative
Fluent in Business English.
