About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement analyses and analytical models;
- Build and optimize data pipelines for efficient processing;
- Create visualizations and dashboards that communicate insights clearly;
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and trends;
- Collaborate with business teams to understand needs and requirements;
- Participate in analytics projects from start to finish, from planning to implementation;
- Document data analysis processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Data and Analytics-related roles;
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields;
- Hands-on experience with data analysis languages (Python, R, or Scala);
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases;
- Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker);
- Knowledge of statistics and data modeling techniques;
- Experience implementing ETL processes;
- Good communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Preferred:
- Knowledge of machine learning and implementation of predictive models;
- Experience in the financial sector or fintechs;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric;
- Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop);
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their data services;
- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra);
- Relevant certifications in Data and Analytics;
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality.
