Responsibilities
- Support the execution of Bob’s customs compliance strategy, ensuring alignment with all U.S. and international trade regulations.
- Apply advanced knowledge of import/export regulations, tariff classification, country-of-origin determination, valuation, free trade agreement qualification, and internal controls.
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of customs compliance programs.
- Collaborate with Inbound Logistics, Sourcing, Merchandising, Legal, and Finance to mitigate risk and improve processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or a related discipline.
- 7–10 years of experience in supply chain operations and/or trade compliance.
- Experience interpreting and applying U.S. and international trade regulations.
- Proven ability to lead complex compliance projects and programs.
- Prior team leadership or mentorship experience.
- U.S. Customs Brokerage Certification preferred but not required.
