About the role
- EPR Compliance Specialist ensuring timely EPR filings and reporting for clients in Germany. Managing client accounts and handling reports while collaborating with the Finance team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure correct and timely EPR filing and reporting for multiple categories and countries
- Managing client’s accounts in co-ordination with the Finance team
- Notifying clients when the account is due for payment and chasing them when the account is overdue.
- Inform clients of potential EPR penalties within all Countries.
- Handle change requests and complaints from clients and authorities/PRO’s
- Train, support and develop new members of the team.
- Collaborate with the team in a positive manner.
- Execute projects to drive continuous improvement and introduce automation
- Provide EPR advisory services against the highest standard
- If required, travel to events / training.
Requirements
- 2 years in compliance, reporting, admin, or regulatory tasks.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Organised and proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Works well in a small team as well as independently.
- Excellent multi-tasking ability.
