Responsibilities
- Join the dedicated team and assist in ensuring smooth processes from ordering to delivery
- Take primary responsibility for ordering our bikes
- Review order confirmations and invoices for completeness and accuracy
- Support product implementation and maintenance of our website
- Maintain and update backend systems
- Act as the interface between Sales and Operations to ensure smooth information flow
- Proactively inform our customers about deliveries and delivery dates
- Support the team on varying projects and learn about different areas of the company
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in university studies or have completed Matura (Swiss high school diploma) / vocational apprenticeship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships with customers and suppliers
- Highly motivated and results-oriented
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient with CRM software and MS Office
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- A team player who can work independently and collaboratively
