Responsibilities
As an Operations Intern you will be part of our committed team and help ensure smooth processes from ordering to delivery.
You will take primary responsibility for ordering our bikes.
You will review order confirmations and invoices for completeness and accuracy.
You will support product implementation and maintenance of our website.
You will maintain our backend systems and keep them up to date.
You will act as an interface between Sales and Operations, ensuring smooth information flow.
You will proactively inform our customers about shipments and delivery dates.
You will support the team on changing projects and learn about different areas of the company.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program or completed Matura (Swiss high school diploma) / apprenticeship
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships with customers and suppliers.
Highly motivated and results-oriented.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask; able to manage several tasks simultaneously.
Proficient with CRM software and MS Office.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
A team player who can work independently as well as in a team.
