Responsibilities
As a Working Student in Strategic Partnerships & Community Management, you will be a full member of our team and will independently handle the acquisition and management of strategic event partners as well as community users of the myBuddy app.
In this role, you will research suitable event partners that align with the myBuddy social brand and the needs of the app users, and manage strategic partners from initial contact through to the cooperation going live on the myBuddy app.
These can include cafés, bars, concert organizers, universities, clubs, cities, companies and others.
On the other hand, you will identify and operate relevant channels to help the app community grow so that more young people can benefit from our discounted cultural offers.
The role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills and a structured way of working in project settings.

Requirements
You are typically currently enrolled in a university program or vocational training, preferably with a business/management focus.
You have already gained initial work experience in project settings during your studies or training.
Additional leadership engagement (e.g., in student associations or extracurricular clubs and organizations) is an advantage.
Outstanding sensitivity to socio-political topics and developments in Germany.
Work experience in (SocialTech) startups or consulting firms is an advantage.
Cultural knowledge and work experience in international or intercultural contexts is an advantage.
Knowledge of developments in the European/German social entrepreneurship scene is an advantage.
Professional language skills at least in German and English.
