Establish a cohesive operational leadership structure under the MD
Align processes, KPIs, and performance goals across all UK departments

Implement robust QA measures to enhance client confidence and minimise rework

Facilitate knowledge sharing and lessons learned across teams for consistent outcomes
Release time and bandwidth for the MD to focus on strategic growth initiatives
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years in operations management, preferably in a technical or project-driven environment
Strong understanding of the geospatial industry and its operational challenges
Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and influence at senior levels
Degree in Business Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Familiarity with project management tools, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making
