Responsibilities
Equipment stewardship: Maintain testing and production equipment with meticulous attention to detail.
Knowledge sharing: Deliver training sessions for our network of suppliers and partners.
Performance improvement: Apply state-of-the-art techniques to improve KPIs and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Technical troubleshooting: Rapidly collaborate to resolve technical issues from Level 1 to Level 3.
Maintenance strategy: Develop and implement predictive and corrective maintenance strategies.
Production support: Ensure smooth transitions during commissioning, ramp-up, and post-SOP phases.
Change management: Manage change processes seamlessly to minimize disruptions.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with hardware designers, software developers, suppliers, and production partners.
Requirements
Degree in electrical, automotive engineering, or a related technical field and a passion for innovation.
Proven experience maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment.
Knowledge of programming languages, automotive bus systems, and networking.
Familiarity with production technologies, manufacturing processes, and testing equipment.
Strong ability to identify optimization opportunities, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience planning and executing maintenance strategies.
Effective communicator with the ability to convey technical details in cross-functional teams.
