Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline
- 7 years of experience leading cross‑functional process improvement projects
- Demonstrated application of continuous improvement tools
- A Master’s degree may substitute for some experience
- Green Belt, ADKAR Change Management Practitioner, or PMP certification a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Solid analytical, mathematical, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency with business and technical computer applications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
- Ability to travel 25%
