About the role
- Legal advisor for business law supporting SMEs and investors in Germany and abroad. Consulting on company management, litigation, and arbitration cases with a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Advise and support medium-sized companies and investors from Germany and abroad
- Counsel companies, their shareholders and management teams
- Represent clients in litigation, out-of-court dispute resolution and arbitration proceedings
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
- Successful completion of legal examinations (qualifications to practice law)
- Interest in practising law in an entrepreneurial, business-oriented environment
- Business-fluent English
