About the role

  • Administer and monitor infrastructure environments (physical servers, VMs, networks, firewalls, storage, backups, cloud);
  • Ensure high availability and continuity of critical services;
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting for infrastructure and network incidents;
  • Implement and maintain security solutions and system hardening;
  • Automate routines and processes (scripts, IaC, DevOps tools);
  • Manage and evolve environments in public clouds (Azure, AWS);
  • Administer AD, DNS, DHCP, GPOs and corporate network policies;
  • Perform patching, updates and asset lifecycle management;
  • Support corporate projects (migrations, upgrades, integrations);
  • Monitor performance and capacity, acting proactively;
  • Document architecture, procedures and improvements;
  • Participate in security incident response;
  • Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 and LGPD.

Requirements

  • Experience with Windows and Linux Server environments;
  • Network administration (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewalls);
  • Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V);
  • Experience with monitoring tools;
  • Cloud (Azure and AWS) and/or Containers (Docker, Kubernetes);
  • Automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python);
  • Backup & Recovery (Veeam, Azure Backup, etc.);
  • Knowledge of AD, LDAP, MFA and SSO;
  • ITSM tools and ITIL best practices.
