- Strong sense of appropriate task prioritization
- High flexibility and resilience

- Strong team spirit and team orientation
- Very good German language skills
- At least basic proficiency in English
- Ideally, solid experience with data processing (VBA/Excel, VBA/Access, SQL, etc.)
