About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for acquiring new clients and developing the sales strategy for branding and websites. Direct collaboration with management and significant autonomy in decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients through cold calling and proactive outreach
  • Qualify incoming leads and conduct initial discovery calls
  • Strategically develop and refine our sales approach
  • Identify and research key decision-makers
  • Medium-term: lead contract negotiations and close projects/deals
  • Work closely with senior management and have genuine scope to shape processes and offerings.

Requirements

  • Negotiation-level German and English (fluent spoken and written)
  • Ambition to become one of the leading sales professionals in the DACH region
  • Independent, structured, and self-motivated working style
  • Professionalism in client interactions
  • Preferable: understanding of web design, web development, or branding
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • Sales experience (optional)
