- Senior UX Designer shaping user experiences of MoxiWorks' products. Leading design projects and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of user-centric solutions, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with business objectives.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate user needs and technical requirements into meaningful design solutions.
- Use strategic and tactical thinking to navigate challenging conversations with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Mentor and provide feedback to other designers on the UX team.
- Work with the UX and engineering teams to develop and maintain design systems and guidelines.
- Balance multiple projects and priorities, delivering high-quality design solutions in an agile environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in both web and mobile application design.
- Proven ability to lead design projects from concept to delivery.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with distributed teams.
- Ability to think beyond individual design elements to understand the broader product strategy and business goals.
- Proficiency in user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Solid understanding of front-end development and technical constraints, with working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Expertise in using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms for wireframing, prototyping, and design.
- Experience in creating and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across products.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
