Consultor Comercial executing sales training and consultations for education franchises in Brazil. Engaging in strategies to improve student retention and enrollment.
Responsibilities
Provide consulting services in the vocational training courses segment to franchisees, advising and guiding them on key questions and issues;
Deliver commercial-focused training to drive enrollment engagement and student retention;
Guide and encourage the implementation of semester campaign strategies;
Advise on various school challenges, supporting franchisees seeking assistance in administrative, pedagogical, and operational areas;
Analyze performance indicators (sales funnel, income statement (DRE), revenue, student churn, delinquency, among others);
Conduct audits, meetings, and trainings with franchisees;
Participate in the brand's key trainings and events;
Define action plans to address and recover performance gaps at units.
Requirements
Proven knowledge, skills, and proficiency in commercial routines: sales funnel, commercial actions, etc.;
Previous experience as a Consultant or delivering sales-focused training;
Must have a valid CNH category B driver's license and availability to travel within the interior of São Paulo state;
Residence in São José do Rio Preto required;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
Experience in franchising is a plus, preferably in operations or commercial roles; experience in the routine of non-formal education schools or other education businesses is also an advantage.
